Appointment Policy
* Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

* We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property's condition differs significantly from the information provided.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
* No-shows may be charged a service fee.
Payment Policy

* Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
* We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured.
